£18,000 – £23,000 + commission + benefits + training + OTE Year 1 = £35k

IT / Digital Recruitment client who specialise in placing IT professionals into Digital agencies in Central London are continuing to grow and are looking to recruit a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team.

Recruitment is a fast-paced sales driven role which requires enthusiastic and motivated individuals. My client pride themselves on having great graduate training, an excellent commission scheme from day one, as well as office banter that will always keep you on your toes.

The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant is exciting, fast paced and always eventful; full training from the start to finish of the recruitment cycle is given, from headhunting methods through to closing deals.

The ideal candidate will have a business related degree and some form of sales experience is advantageous, but not essential; call centre, telesales, media sales, B2B or B2C sales etc.
